- I hope everyone had a wonderful 3 day weekend! I heard many children were able to get outside and sharpen the saw! Here is what is going on in room 34 this week:
- Science: We continued our evaporation investigation and will begin the paper towel investigation tomorrow.
- Writing: We are beginning our first writing unit on personal narratives, I am getting excited to learn more about my fabulous class.
- Math: We are working on place value through the thousandths, representing decimals with models, as well as comparing and ordering decimals. Our first math test over chapter one will be SEPTEMBER 10th.
- Reading: We are working on genres having partners creates a presentation using Google slides, and writing and reflecting on our books.
- Social studies: We will focus on our nations resources and introduce our free enterprise project.
