Student Post 11/16

Today we have reached 280 products for Adopt-A-Family and have earned an electronics party, which will be next Tuesday! In math we reviewed for our test that will be on Tuesday ( we will review Monday also). Our spelling contracts and test will be due on Tuesday. In writing we continued to wright our personal narratives. There is NO cold-read this weekend. GOBBLE GOBBLE

Student post 11/15

Today in math we learned about the distributive property and how and when we use it.In social studies we shared our thumbnail sketches to our group and read about the puritans,and we made t charts comparing the pilgrims and the puritans.In science we took notes on the plant kingdom and its classes, and the animal kingdom and its classes.In reading, some of us read while other people worked on evaluate.Then our buddies came and we worked on a project together.Jingles for Jammie's is tomorrow, so make sure to bring in a dollar and wear your PJs tomorrow!

Student Post 11/14

We had a character kick off assembly. Math we went over tables and learned multiplication properties. Homework is 12.6 odds all mixed review. Make sure science flip chart is finished. We took math evaluate too. Jingles for pjs is Friday.

Student post 11/12

In math we learned about number patterns 12.3 odds and all mixed review. In social study's we learned about Jamestown. In science we learned about static electricity while we were working on buckle down then in reading we learned about understanding our book and asking questions while we are reading and in writing we wrote more about our personal narratives.

Student Post 11/9

Today in math we learned the order of operation and to evaluate an expression. We did not have social studies and science. In writing we were gathering ideas for personal narratives. In reading we learned visualizing what we read. Today we also went to the Veteran's assembly. We have a cold read due November 16, a spelling contract due the 20th, tomorrow there is a kick-a-ton!!! HAVE A NICE WEEKEND
